Bought my first fountain pen last month at Rome. I simply loved it at my first sight, its design is simple, stylish and outstanding. Using a fountain pen is considered as an aesthetic and elegant way of writing for me.
Not long after, it just rejected cooperating with me. The ink flow was not steady any more, I needed to wait for a while to let the ink flow to the tip. I was annoyed and
frustrated. Bringing a spare pen was a way to deal with any possible contingencies. What's the point to have it at my bag if I need to have a backup? Why don't I just leave it and bring a reliable one instead... No matter how nice its design is, how much I adore it,
losing its
original function distort its value of
existence. I could not stop wondering that I picked the wrong pen! I should have bought a roller pen or ball pen, those might suit me much more. Well.....to be more optimistic, there must be a way to fix it, I am going to figure it out soon.
Yes, I am an impatient person. This old
fashioned pen may not be a right choice for me. Perhaps I am not a right person to use this fabulous writing instrument......
