Not many sweet desserts can capture my heart, since I am not a sweet person. Just happened that I opened a bottle of red wine tonite, and I was wondering what kind of snack that can go with red wine. Suddenly, I remember that I have a piece of Camembert cheese sitting in the fridge (3 months already)...Simply put it in my oven for 15minutes, my mid-nite dessert was done, baked Camembert cheese. Yummy!!

well.. actually it is very small in size.. .. You will be able to finish 2 cos it tastes really good.
