Waiting vs Anxiety

Phobia of waiting. Waiting for call, waiting for instruction, waiting and waiting.... I could not stop checking my mobile from time to time, worrying that I might miss a call... It rang, I immediately picked up the call,,, it was a cold call from the mobile phone company. It rang again, calling from the insurance company.
